Shipping Policy

KELI orders are prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible from Lisbon, Portugal.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout. Any delivery estimates provided are approximate and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. KELI cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, your order may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

KELI has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering if you are unsure.

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned to KELI because customs charges or import fees were not paid, any refund will be issued only after the parcel has been returned to us. Any original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, duties, or other fees incurred may be deducted from the refund.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information where available.
